How Does It Work?

Focus on Languages^® will come to your company and create a Workplace English program based on the terminology, documents, and people at your company. We create your Training Course using the following five-step method.

1. Determine number of trainees involved.
2. Determine time and hours available for study on site (i.e. 2 lunch hours per week for a period of 3 months).
3. Determine specific level of English communication you need your employees to understand, speak and write.
4. Using your materials, create and administer a preliminary Level Assessment test to evaluate employees' level of English communication.
5. Based on results of employees' Level Assessment tests, prepare Proposal including time, study framework, estimated results, and cost of program.
